county has reviewed tha business information and reierenaes oE
K.E.N.p., inc., and find that this company is capable and eompetent � -
tio provide commercial car rental servicns at the Aspan-Pitkin �
County Airport in accordance with the Licensa and Use Agreempnt
dated November 1, 1989.
On Tuesday, Novembar 13, 1990, the Pitkin County Soard af
County Commissioners met in regular session to revfew the request
!or �.ssignment of th� License and Use Agreement grom Reed Miller,
Inc. to K.E.N.P., Inc. On that date the Board of County
Commissioners voted to approve this aasiqnment request, bas�d upon
the business informat3on provided to the County by R.E.N.P., Inc.,
subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. This assiqnment will be effactive retroacCiva beginning
November 1, 1990. Reed Miller, inc. shall be responsible for �" �. d
all obligations, includinq paymants, pursuant to the Agzeam¢nt �:
