Pitkin County, Colorado, which property is more fully desr,ribed .�� , in Exhibit A hereto ('�Property"); and WHEREAS, Mitchell was the applicant with respect to two applications, one for the 1987 and the second for the 1988 �� Residential Growth Management Quota System for the East Owl Creek Subdivision; and ,,y WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning & Zoning Commission >r forwarded the 1987 Residential Growth Management Quota System ' Score for the East Owl Creek Subdivision to the Board of County ;�; Commissioners by Resolution No. PZ-17 recorded in Book 577 at `� page 402; and ..;::: WHEREAS, the Pitkin County Planning & Zoning Commission � forwarded the 1988 Residetttial Growth Management Quota System Score for the East owl Creek Subdivision to the Board of County �•t Commissioners by Resolution No. P2-88-31 recorded in Book 577 at • page 406; and A. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County �� recommended approval of the General Subiaission for the 1988 East _ Owl Creek Ranch PUD and amendments to the 1987 East owl Creek Ranch PUD and exemption from the Growth Management Quota System ` for the employee lots by Resolution No. 88-131 recorded in Book ' 579 at page 897; and �;;;� 'r�° WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, `� Colorado recommended detailed and final subdivision plat approval '�` for the East Owl Creek PUD by Resolution No. 89-55 recorded in "-�� Book 595 at page 337; and WHEREAS, each of the four foregoing resolutions had attached � as Exhibit A a legal description for real property which included the East Owl Creek Ranch PUD but also erroneously included a • .. ^� parcel of real property owned by Mitchell which was not part of ,� the East Owl Creek Ranch PUD; and WHEREAS, Mitchell has requested the Board of County ;t Commissioners to modify and correct each of the foregoing ! ;s: enumerated resolutions to amend by this Resolution the legal � description as set forth in the foregoing enumerated resolutions � � to correctly describe the real property constituting the East Owl � Creek Ranch PUD so that the remaining unsubdivided and unplatted � k �. ,.� '�;$ � �:��i _ .... . .. . . . / . i..: CI�a.�;`r a�. ...
