AND GRANTING T�iE 1990 C0�4�I2CIAL GFIQS ALI#PMEN'P TO - 316 ASPEN AIRPORT BUSINESS CEN'lER �' ,• Resolution No. 91-� ;,�u• W[�REAS, the Stufuna Corporation (hereinafter "Applicant") has applied for a Commercial Growth Management Quota System � allotment to construct an addition to an existing commercial , building in the Aspen Airport Business Center (Lot 2, Block 6, i� I : :.� Filinq 1); and ' .; W�iEREAS, only one application was submitted for the 1990 Commercial Growth Management Quota System competition; and . "Board") accepted the Commission's scoring on October 9, 1990 at � a regularly scheduled public meeting; and WH�REAS, the Applicant filed an appeal of the Commission's '� score on October 24, 1990 gursuant to 5ection 5-510.6(a) (5) of °i the Land Use Code; and �; ;'�( WHFI2EA.S, the Board considered the Applicant's appeal at a ; duly noticed public hearinq on January 31, 1991 a»d determined that the project required rescoring by the Board. NOW, TFIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County ',.� Commissioners award 37 points to the 316 Aspen Airport Business Center 1990 Commercial GMQS application. BE IT FINAI,LY RESOLVED that the Board of County ;:a Commissioners grant the allocation of 10.17 Employee Generation Units to the 316 Aspen Airport Business Center project. .,,i �� APPROVED by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting on January 29, 1991.
