APPROVAL OF A FIREWORLC DISPLAY PERMIT ;..s
- FOR THE ASPEN AIR SHOW �.-

WI�REAS, the Aspen Air Show has requested approval of a � 1 '�
firework display permit for a pyrotechnic display during the 1991 "
Aspen Air Show on June 30, 1991; and
WRERF.AS, this request which has been coordinated with and
approved the Pitkin County Sheriff and the Aspen Fire Protection
i Distzict to allow for the display to be performed in a safe �
manner; and
� WHERF.A.S, the display will be canducted by a licensed �;?
% pyrotechnican and insurance coverage for this event has been
� j obtained; and
WAF.RFAC� �his request is being made in the best interest of
community safety and welfare. -
NOW, Tf�REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County i.
Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado:
