11. To the extent possible, existing vegetation on site shall be
retained.
12. Utility extensions shall be underground and located within the �'+' ,

13. The applicant shall comply with lighting regulations ���•�I ,

14. For fire protection, the following measures shall be taken:
,j a. The applicant is encouraged to install sprinklering ; •
systems in new residences. If sprinklering systems are �

preservation of all structures, the amount of which shall

b. Provide documentation of an easement tor transmission of

Environmental Health bepartment prior to issuance of a

from the County Engineer prior to issuance of a building
