'�^s;:"� Mountain Rescue shall be approved, prior to commencement

�`� 4. A qualified Aut Keeper shall be at the Hut when the Hut , -
=`��'� is occupied. The Hut Keeper shall have a radio which can i '
�`�':",.� contact pubic emergency services.

�� 5. Literature and hut reservations shall discourage
r�� vehicular use to access the Hut. The Applicant shall

6. The applicant shall receive Special Review approval by

the Board of County Commissioners on an annual basis at
a public hearing. The conditions of this resolution, .
user statistics and the applicable provisions of the Land
Use Code will be evaluated by the Board of County
