WHERSAB, the Board heard this application at their regularly
scheduled meeting on August 13, 1991, at which time evidence and
testimony was presented with respect to this application; and

•xA downstream sides of the driveway embankment where it will `

Except as necessary to construct the driveway over the creek,
. the driveway shall be located outside of riparian areas. ��
The access permit shall be obtained prior to issuance of a
building permit. :�-
6. The access road shall be improved to meet County driveway '
- standards. The applicant shall join any future improvement
district formed to repair the Thomas Road bridge.
Construction traffic shall be rerouted to avoid use of this ,
bridge. Finally, the applicant shall obtain a driveway permit
from the County Engineer's Office prior to issuance of a '

`:� 7. Prior to issuance of a building permit the applicant shall ,.
�; provide a Pire protection mitigation plan which meets the i:
��-'� approval of the fire marshal. �

woodburning regulations in effect at the time of building
a permit issuance.
� �� 9. Outside lightinq shall comply with Land Use Code requirements

" � 10. Pursuant to Section 5-504.8 of the Land Use Code, one mobile
� ; home may be used for residential purposes upon a building site
during actual construction, but not in any case to exceed one ;

�';�;� and specifying the period o£ occupancy.
