ALTERNATE CiJRRENTING INTERNATIONAL

. I WHEREAS, Alternate Currenting International has requested a
i
temporary use permit to film a television show, pursuant to Section
- j
� 3-8.11 (a) of the Code, and
I

. ?< .I yPHEREAB, the EVENT shall take place on October 4, 1991 at the
- �'%.�:�� Penny Hot Springs, located on the Crystal River between Carbondale

�'�hand Redstone; and

°"'� WHERBAS, the applicant shall coordinate the activity with the

e=;,j Colorado Department of Highways for use of Hwy 133 rights-of-way;

`r� �I AHEREAB, the Board of County Commissioners heard the

�:F::.:� Applicant's request at a regular meeting on August 27, 1991.
a� ,'� NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of
�'�,�:-� County Commissioners that it hereby grants a Temporary Use Permit

`r;:..�, subject to the following conditions of approval:

,�;�� 1) The applicant shall notify the Carbondale Fire District
'- (963-2491) of the proposed bonfire the day prior to the
��r,:1 event. �
2) All vehicles and participants shall avoid interference ��
�=':� with traffic along Highway 133.

3) All representations made by the applicant, as described
in Attachment 'B', shall be considered part of the
,�'� project conditions.
�"'�`� 4) The applicant shall coordinate any helicopter routes with �
',;.�i the Glenwood Springs Division of Wildlife office.

`:;'� 5) This Temporary Use Permit is issued to Alternate
� Currenting International for the use of the Penny Hot
