AGENCY, PTTKIN COUNTY, COLORADO, 1992 BUDGET YEAR :��

' WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Roarinq Fork Transit � '�
� Agency has adopted an annual budget in accordance with the Local �`'

,! Government Budget Law, on October 31, 1991; and i�i: �a:�
� WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has made provision therein for ';M', i*•
revenue in the amount equal to or greater than it did propose ;-.�'��;:,.

expenditures as set forth in said budget; and •

WHEREAS, it is not only required by law but also necessary to
� appropriate the revenues provided in the budget to and for the �`
i purposes described below, as not to impair the objectives of the -
