� RHEREAS, the Aspen/Pitkin County Housing Authority Board of Directors
has appointed the Housing Authority Director to prepare and submit a "••"
proposed budget for their approvaZ; and ..j
RBEREAS, upon due and proper notice, published or posted in accordance i��?, ;
` with the law, said proposed budget was open for inspection by the public at �s
} a designated place, a public hearing will be held on December 16, 1991, and `; �'�
i interested taxpayers were given the opportunity to file or register any :��� ;�
i objections to said proposed budget; and � ,_$'

WHEREAS, whatever increases may have been made in expenditures like •
increases were made to revenues, so that the budget remains in balance as ��
' required by law.
NOA, THEREF4RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Aspen/Pitkin County Housing
i Authority Board of Directors, Pitkin County, Colorado that the estimated
