DROSTE AGRICIILTIIRAL DWELLING UNIT

' WHEREAB, Albert and Mary Elizabeth Droste, hereinafter •

� "Applicants", have applied to the Board of County Commissioners of
=i Pitkin County, Colorado, hereinafter "Board", for approval of a

;::i detached agricultural dwelling unit pursuant to Section 3-8.13(b)

- ' of the Land Use Code; and

� ;__;�Y,r;+ WHEREAB, the Applicant's parcel is zoned AF-1 and is �

;-i approximately 1,000 acres in size; and
' WHEREAB, said parcel is located on the south side of Brush

� Creek Road, approximately 2 miles west of Highway 82; Section 28,
•.� Township 9 South, Range 85 West; more specifically described in

� =�� WHEREAB, the Applicants propose to convert an existing single

family residence into a detached agricultural dwelling unit which

��`���� scheduled hearing on August 13, 1991, at which time evidence and

the Environmental Health Department shall inspect and .
