THE ASPEN VALLBY HOBPITAL FOR A
CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION COMMIINITY PICNIC

' WHER8A8, Ginny Sauer, for the Aspen Valley Hospital has
- requested a temporary use permit to hold a centennial celebration
community picnic, pursuant to Section 3-8.11 (a) of the Code, and
� WSEREAS, the EVENT shall take place on September 7 of 1991 at

- ;;w"::X the Aspen Valley Hospital, located on Castle Creek Road

�,a+ approximately one mile south of the Maroon Creek Road/Castle Creek

1) Fire access to existing structures on site shall remain -
open and unobstructed. Any temporary structures shall
be equipped with fire extinguisher approved by the Fire
Department. �X,�
2) Parking shall be prohibited on both sides of Castle Creek ) .
Road.
: 3) Pennants, banners and posters may be erected two weeks (�:-.
prior to the event and shall be removed promptly upon
termination o£ the event along with any other sign
,:?r�,� relating to the event. Pennants, banners, posters and
parking signs shall not conflict with clear and open
_'?:� views of any intersection or any portion of the county ;
