wHEREAS, on May 1, 1991 the Aspen/Pitkin Planning Office
received one lodge development growth management application from

competition (for a parcel of land as described in Exhibit "A"); and
WHEREAB, on August 6, 1991, the Pitkin County Planning and
'�3;;� Zoning Commission (hereinafter "Commission"), held a duly noticed

public hearing pursuant to section 5-510.7(a) (3j of the Pitkin `
