i WHEREAS, the Pitkin Caunty Planning and Zoning Commission �
(hereinafter "COmmission") in conjunction with the Board o£ County �� �

Commissioners (hereinafter the "Board") have been working to fl,.
- ' develop a Master Plan for the Redstone Area of Pitkin County since ��

� WHEREAS, a Redstone Community Task Force was appointed by the
� Board to assist the Planning consultant in the development of the {

Plan; and

1� WHEREAS, Wayne Ethridge represented the Board during the f

� development of the Plan and Steve Whipple represented the Planning �
l�i; and Zoning Commission; and !
;;� WHEREAS, the Commission discussed the issues associated with
