WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners wishes to provide ; �-•
support to the many private non-profit groups that contzibute so t;�:_'"�"�,-.�••

WHEREAS, many loaal groups and organizations have a need for �i
meeting space in the downtown area; and ':•,r �
WHEREAS, the Red Brick School is a community asset whieh i�'
should be preserved to be valued and shared by everyone in the ;,;•, i

Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado that the Board supports �
the public acquisition of the property known as the Red Brick �
School in order to presexve this community asset and ensure that �
