WHEREAB, LPG-ONI is desirous of granting a nordic trail
, license to Pitkin County for public use; and �
WHEREAB, the Board of County Commissioners and the open Space �
� & Trails Soard are desirous of obtaininq such license for the �
benefit of the residents of Pitkin County.
` NOW THEREFORE BE IT RE80LVED that the Board of County i �
yCommissioners hereby direct the Chairman of the Board of County �"
- Commissioners to execute the appropriate documents to accept the ;;:,.
� �' donation of a nordic trail license from LPG-ONI.
