' : :�'-' Staff recommends approval of this request based on the minimal ' `.' impacts associated with the proposal. This recommendatian notes, ! however, that the Master Plan and the Code call for a Special Use Permit review for this structure and use. Therefore, staf£ ! recommends that if the Board wishes that this meeting serve as the ��additional review" stated in that Master Plan that this decision be based on the temporary nature of the request and the Community ' ' benefit provided by the applicant. Also, staff recommends that the owner, the Aspen Skiing Company, be required to complete the •' ' Special REview permit for this facility to clarify the approvable ji�i� , . range of uses of the Powder Panda building prior to request for ;1•� future uses of the facility t,�' Commissioner True moved approval of the application.
