Traffic control during the construction of the improvements shall � be paid for as a lump sum bid item. �y Capitol Creek Road must be maintained throughout the project for � local access along the project. Also, all driveways and intersection access shall be maintained during construction. ' During the course of construction, traffic can be interrupted for ' brief periods with the use of flaggers. Traffic control personnel �; must be used at all times while work is being performed. This � personnel shall consist of two flaggers, one of which must be a � Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS), and radio equipment. At the end of daily construction, barricades and signage should be provided ; to ensure safety of the traveling public.
