This letter is to confizm our discussions regarding retaining your
services as a referee for the Board of County Commissioners sitting ' 1.�
as the Board of Equalization. I believe this letter will cover all
the points that we talked about and I hope it is satisPactory. .
We have agreed that your services wi11 be retained for the month `
of September based upon the following stipulations: �

` - Reimbursements will be at a rate o£ $35 per hour.

'I - Forty hours per week is guaranteed. ;� .
- � - Housing wiZl be provided at the Marolt Housing complex. I ,
�� - Hearings will be scheduled once every 15 minutes on alternate i
� ��_� days of the week; foY example, Mondays and Wednesdays with �
Tuesdays and Thursdays for preparation. IP the work load
::� demands, hearings will be conducted every Friday or some
portion thereof.
�•; - The Board of County Commissioners will meet with you to review
their approach to hearings so far.
- You are expected to write up and present hearings to the Board
' .� of Equaiization as they are scheduled through the month of
�t September.

- This agreement shall be re-evaluatad for possible extension '
� to October as work loads demand. �!"
- The starting date will be 9/3 and will extend through 9/30. ��� -
