C. Gratuitv means a payment, loan, subscription� advance deposi�

� D. Kickbacks Prohibited. It shall be a breach of Contract for
� any payment, gratuity, or offer of employment to be made by ,

} ated tfierewith, as an inducement for the award of a subcon- ;j
tract or order. The Contractar is prohibited from inducing, ��

that need replacement this year. All areas except the fuel farm,
are located on the commercial ramp. Most of the damage was caused {;
by jet fuel and hydraulic oil leaking from aircraft while parked
