TERM OF AGREEMENT
The work to be performed on the Agreement shall be from
Septelnber 1, 1991 to June 30, 1992.
! SASTC SERVICE PROVIDED �
- - Struif shall be responsible for the AIR Program support
' activities for Colorado Department of Health including but not
limited to providing technical assistance to motorists, mechanics
' and other interested parties according to Colorado Health �v

�' Department Policy and Procedures guidelines. �,
'' ARTICLE IV �,;
i The County agrees to the following terms as payment to Struif ,
-1 for services provided: � "
t 1) For the basic term of this Agreement, the County�will pay ��7� `
� Struif at the rate of $15.63 per hour to be paid monthly.
2) Struif will work for 80 hours every month. ��

3) With prior approval from the Aspen/Pitkin Environmental
Health Department, Struif will also be paid by the County �` �
' for miscellaneous supplies required to perform these
'9 services: �

This Agreement is not assignable by either party. i

It is understood and agreed between the parties that at no

i time shall Struif be considered an agent, employee or official of
, Pitkin County during the performance of tasks and services
