AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made as of the 12th day of September, 1991, by and between the County of Pitkin, Colorado, a Colorado - - home-rule county, (hereinafter called the COUNTY) and Alpine � Construction Company, Inc., {hereinafter aalled the CONTRACTOR). �.� WITNESSETA, that whereas the County intends to accom- <"; ��•��' plish the Remodeling and Partition of the District Courtroom, • Pitkin County Courthouse, 506 East Main Street, Aspen, Colorado, `° hereinafter called the PROJECT, in accordance with the terms and °.,�C conditions outlined in the Bid Documents and the associated Plans ° and SpeciEications. �i i�. - NOW, THEREFORE, the County and the Contractor, for the � �� considerations hereinafter set forth, agree as follows: e �': j z ;' a 1.
