The work to be performed on this Agreement shall be from

Redstone Road: �{��
,; 1. Early morning snowplowing of Redstone (before 6:30 ���

�' 2. Maintaining roads during the term (plowing, cindering

or moving snow if needed); is
3. Spreading cinders when needed; and '

£ . 4. Simple summer maintenance including clearing �

obstructions from Redstone, replacing street light bulbs and .:':;

i globes as needed and other items as requested by the Pitkin ��'� '

; Piffer will supply the Eollowing: •

2. Telephone numbers for responsible persons in Redstone

where Piffer can be reached (on a 24-hour basis during snow ��

� 4. A1Z maintenance on truck{s) and equipment; ,' ' �
5. Insurance on truck(s) and operations (motor vehicle and

services to be provided personally and not hire any employees, �

subcontractors or agents to perform the work or services

2. Maintain general contractor'S liability insurance for '•

himself, his vehicles and operations with a general aggregate �

"? The County reserves the right to cancel this Agreement for
'� unsatisfactory performance or lack of services by Piffer by
` giving written notice of at least five (5) days, by first-class �

� mail at the following address: Duane Piffer. c/o Redstone water
. =� and sanitation, 1091 Redstone Blvd., Redstone, Co. 81623.
- IIpon cancellation of this Agreement, Piffer may be liable to
the County for damages caused by his failure to perform.
OPTZON OF RENEWAL �
The County will renew this Agreement for one additional pne- •

year period (to December 1992) providing Piffer performs as �
