"% 1. The subdivision plat shall be amended to include the

Said plat shall be subject to review and approval by the
Pitkin County Planning Department, County Attorney and
County Engineer.

�� � system up to County standards. This sha21 be completed

prior to signature of the plat. �
: 3. The applicant shall redraft the water agreement between
the two parcels to the satisfaction of the County t
