'� noticed public meeting on February 4, 1992 and found that the �

1. The applicant shall provide construction fencing around "
I the areas of disturbance to minimize construction
equipment impacts on sensitive resources, prior to
�i commencement of construction. The applicant shall remove
all evidence of construction access and staging areas, , . ��'�

` � 2. As recommended by the County Engineer, when the �
��� excavations are opened a certified soils engineer shall t
submit a written report on the sufficiency of the ?
foundation design for the abutments and piers. Prior to
commencement of construction of the abutments and piers,
the County Engineer shall approve this report.
3. The rail height shall be a minimum of 46 inches above the
trail surface year-round. �

4. No construction or activities related to construction �
! shall take place from mid-April to the end of June, due � ; �

to the waterfowl nesting season. No construction is _,
' permitted between mid-October and December lst due to the ,
