, WSEREAB, on February 12, 1992, the Pitkin County Board of ' '
• Count Commissioners hereinafter "Board" ��
y , , reviewed the request by
� the Woody Creek Caucus to create a Woody Creek District Planning
�•'� Commission; and
��- WHEREAB, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that ?
;`z the Board create a Woody Creek Regional Planning Commission t

�� pursuant to Resolution No. PZ-91-88; and
WSBREAe, after public comment, the Board and Woody Creek �
- residents determined that the formation of a Woody Creek District �
�-� ;
Planning Commission pursuant to state statutes was not an t
appropriate solution at this time for review and implementation of 4

the Woody Creek Caucus Master Flan; and t.
WHEREAB, the Board determined that an advisory commission i
�� ��� would accom lish the initial task of reviewin the Master Plan and S ,�

�`' WHEREAS, the Woody Creek Advisory District Planning Commission k

, would be composed of five {5) regular members and two (2) �
