WHSREAB, on March 10, 1992 the Board of County Commissioners �.

of Pitkin County, Colorado (hereinafter "Board") reviewed a request �

' � by Tom Moore to waive the June 1 deadline for submission of a ?
subdivision application for a 125 acre parcel 2ocated between

�,'�� WHEREAB, the Board reviewed the applicable section of the Land
Use Code and found that Section 5-510.4(e) applies relative to a

� need for a growth management allocation; and ;

WAERSAB, the purposes of the request for a waiver of the
timeline is to allow the Moore family to subdivide Mrs. Moore's �_

home from the remainder of the property to allow the sale of the
±�1 home in order for Mrs. Maore to relocate; and �

r ,,,.;�.. WHEREAB, the Board finds that the applicant may apply for �
