"Guidelines"); and ' �i i WHEREAS, t.he Authority has a3opted such guidelines and has �. referred and recommended them to the Board for approval; and �� ti WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the Guidelines, and has f4und that it is in the best interests of the community, its housinq program in general, and its affordable resident housing pragrams, " specificaZly, to approve and adopt these Guidelines. � - ii � NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Board that it does " � hereby approve ,and adopt the 1992 Affordable Resident Hausing Guidelines attached hezeto and made a part hereof; and , -..x`�- BE IT FURTHER ,RES�LVED, that by virtue of the adoption of the - . The guidelines support the APCHA's Goal and are no[intended to supersede the appra •j_ ' priate Ciry or Counry Land Use Codes or the Uniform Building Code. r-1:-: ! The 1992 Affordabie Housing Guidelines respond to housing needs in Aspen and Pitkin County as identified by the APCHA.
