The value of the house and land are incorrect for the following reasons.
First, the land ia valued at $450,000.00 and that simply ia not true under [he
�vw?�- circumstances. Because there is a victorian house on the lot that may not be
� removed or significantly altered the value of the lot is much lesa. In addiCion,
� the house has no foundation or sructure supporting it. As a result, this further
drops the value of the house and the land.
� � In conclution, the land and the house can not be worth the $480,000.00
�:� that you hatte assigned to it based on the fact that there ia an underimproved
house.ttiat;can..not be removed. We are confined to the limits imposed by the HPC
and there£ore the Iot is not that valuable.
