1. The approval granted in the Planning and Zoning Commission

_ � 7. By Board of Adjustment Resolution No. 90-29 recorded in Book

setback variance for the construction of a barn. No further

'' 8. The applicant shall obtain the appropriate permits from the '
r' Environmental Health Department for any wood burning or gas �
