My Husband, Bobby Mason, and myself, Margaret Mason, purchased our �
1,810 sq.ft. home at 29 McSkimming Ad. in 1972 for $98,500. Last �
year we paid $1,319.94 £or our property tax. This year it has ai-
�-��''` � most doubled: 2 500.00. A house a few doors u our street, at 785
� McSkimming Rd�,�which is 2,800 sq.ft. (approximately 35% larger than
our house) sold for $372,800.on Oct. 15, 1991 (2 1/2 months ago). ,
Our house is made of wood, and was originally built for a ski home
~ •`� in 1968. If any of your committee would like to inspect the house, �re '
� would be happy to have you do so. Compared to the house at 785 Mcskim �
ming, our house would sell for about �297,000. We feel that if we °
raised the actual value to over $100,000. higher, which would be �
