`' ' WHEREAB, the Little Red School House Board of Directors

� bene£it car wash in the Buttermilk 5ki Area Parking Lot, pursuant
to Section 3-8.11(a) of the Code; and ,

WHEREA3, said car wash shall take place on June 20, 1992 �
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.; and I
WHERSAe, Peter King, Mountain Manager of the Tiehack/ �

`"�'� Buttermilk Mountain Ski Area has been advised of the request and

"`� has given his consent for use of the parking lot; and '
•`� WBEREAS, the Applicant requests approval of a temporary siqn j .

which shall be placed the morning of the event and taken down that ` '

".� Applicant's request at a regularly scheduled public meeting on June f.

WHEREAS, the request was found to be consistent with criteria 4"-
established in Section 3-8.11(a) of the Land Use Code.
.NOA, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the Pitkin County Board of
County Comraissioners that it hereby grants a Temporary Use Permit � ^

`..� 3. This Temporary Use Permit is issued to the Little Red School
House Board of Directors for the use of the ButtermiZk Ski
Area Parking Lot on June 20, 1992, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00
p.m., for the purpose of operating a benefit car wash.
