2. The Applicant's request was considered by the Board of

� County Commissioners (hereinafter "Board") at a duly
noticed public hearing on November 24, 1992; and ��
3. The Board considered public comment from neighboring

property owners who raised concern that an additional
unit on the 10,000 square £oot parcel creates too much b

density for such a small lot; there are not other �

caretaker or bandit units within the subdivision and this
;� approval could create a pattern for such additional use; „�
�'_ the relatively small lot would be cluttered with parkinq

spaces which would be out of character with the single �r}!,

family nature of the area; and, the homeowner's covenants �� �
