not as an employee. Neither the contractor nor any agent or employee of the contractor -_

given, this agreemen� shall terminate on the expiration of the thirty days, and the
<'� liability of the parties hereunder for the further performance of the terms of this �
agreement sttall chereupon cease, but the parties shall not be relieved of the duty to �
perform their obligations up to the date of eermination. �

contingent upon continued availability of federal funds for payment pursuant to the � �
