1. American Adventure Productions (hereinafter "Applicant")

has applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado (hereinafter "Board") for a lot line
adjustment; and
2. The subject property is Lot 3�and Lot 3-D, Amended and ;�_�'�"
Restated Plat of the Aspen Airgort Business Center, Filing No.
" 1, recorded in Book 7 at Paqe 79; and
'� � � 3. The Applicant's request is to adjust the lot line between
these two parcels to reduce existing non-conformities on the �
_.� � parcels and to allow the applicant to apply for a Commercial
� Growth Management Quota System allotment on available square

for County approval. The agreement is between Woodstone

to be located on Lot 3-D for the benefit of Lot 3-C.

referenced by Book and Page on the amended subdivision
plat.
