RECITALS
1. The Pitkin County Commissioners are the duly elected :�,
representatives of the voters of Pitkin County. -
2. As such, the Pitkin County Commissioners serve on various
Boards, Committees, and Authorities concerned with .significant >.�:,. .

local issues and aCtivities. !;,,;,
3. The First Regular Commissioner Meeting of 1993 provides �i,:
an appropriate occasion for announcing the assignment of inembers �
of the Board and their designates to those various Boards,
Committees and" Authorities.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado do hereby make the
