RECITALS
� 1. Richard R. Woods, (hereinafter "Applicant") has applied '
� � to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, ���""

� Colorado (hereinafter "Board") for approval to construct a
� Caretaker Dwelling Unit within a barn pursuant to Section 3- �

�� 8.13 (d) of the Land Use Code; and �

' 2. The unit will be located on Lot 2, Woods Lot Split, Plat �

1y Book 31 at Page 21; and

'• 3. The Applicant's request was considered by the Board of
�?� County Commissioners (hereinafter "Board") at a duly noticed "`

,'a public hearing on April 13, 1993; and '

--� 4. The Board has found that the Applicant's request meets

? the requirements of the Land Use Code to be allowed pursuant ,

� to Section 3-8.13(d) subject to conditions.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board that it does
hereby grant approval to Richard R. Woods for a 70o square foot ,.
Caretaker Dwelling Unit to be located in a barn subject to the �`

b. Prior to leasinq the Caretaker Dwelling Unit, the ,
applicant shall notify the Housing Authority, and
have the prospective tenant complete the required �
qualification forms and submit those to the Housing

� c. If the unit is rented, the applicant shall provide �r�
to the Housing Authority a copy of the executed 'r
= lease at the time the unit is rented and upon every
� renewal of the lease term. `

2. The applicant shall meet the requirements of the
; Environmental Health Department regarding air quality, �'
water and septic system. 't�F��

� 3. The caretaker unit is subject to the conditions of the
. � Planning and Zoning Commission resolution PZ-93-06 and
ithe 1041 Hazard Review Map recorded in Plat Book 31 at
i Page 22. .

j 4. All mater•ial representations made in the public meeting
and in the application shall be adhered to by the
j applicant unless amended by other conditions. �.a
