In keeping with the iYs parpose and mandate,the Addressing Committee has determined F'; . � and improved certain shortcomings in the existing addressing system for the County. " ` h + 2. The committee held a hearing concerning the changes idendfied in the attached Exhibits � A throagh C on Thursday,March 18, 1993. Public nofice of this hearing was published in the Aspen Times on Friday, March 5, 1993, where the pablic was invited to attend ;`�� ! i and to comment upon the changes proposed eitfier in wrifing or in person. There were �s1;, } no objecfions fmm the general.public at the hearing,and the Address Committee ruted Jin favor of the changes. � ` 3. The Addressing Committee,believing that changes to the e�cisting address system mast `', be endorsed and recorded to be effectively u6lized, has recommended the endorsement �. of those address changes idenUfied in the attached Exhibits A through C by the Board - of County Commissioners, L�"� 4. The Board of County Commzssioners and the Address Committee agree that the changes i�� +� such as those identified in Exhibits A-C will simplify and better the county's addressing F . . � system, which in tum will improve the health, safety and welfare of the county's res�dents and visitors. 5.
