A.MENDMENT NO.1 TO GRANT AGREEMENT POR PROJECT NO.3-OS-0003-14 '
WI-�REAS, the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "FAA") has . -
deternvned it to be in the interest of the United States that the Grant Agreemeni between the .
. FAA, acting for and on behalf of the United States, and the County of Pitkin, Colorado
(hereinafter referred to as the"Sponsor"),accepted by said Sponsor on the 9fh day of September,
1995,to be amended as hereinafter provided.
1vOW,THEREFORE,WITNESSETH:
That in consideration of the beneSts to accrue to the paRies hereto, the FAA on behaif of the
United States,on the one part, and the Sponsor,on the other part, do hereby mutually agree as
- follows:
That the described airport development now included in said Grant Agreement is
hereby revised to delete"and conduct environmental assessment."
. The revised description becomes"Update Airport Layout Plan."
That the maximum amount of the obligation of the Unites States as set fonh in said '
Grant Agreement is hereby decreased from$228,150 to$92,471. .
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment io said Grant
Agreement to be duly executed.
