NOW THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAiNED that the$oard of Couniy Comtziissioners
of Pitkin Caunty heceby approves the sate of Lot 1,Lone Pine Subdivision to the
indivic�ual Lone Pine Condon�inium owners and authorizes the Chair�uan to execute a
Contract to Seli and Buy Real Estate in a foren acceptable to t(ie County Attocney and
fucther autliorizes the Chairman to execute a General Warranty Deed acceptab(e in
form to the County Attocney.
