1. The applicant has applied to Pitkin County for approval of a rewning from AFR-10 to AFR- :'`.r
2,Conceptual Submission and One Metro Area Residential Growth Management Quota
System Allotment to create a two lot subdivision. � ` �

2. The applicant is the Joyce K.Munay Chazitable Trust.
3. The property is described on Exhibit"A",(attached)and is located at 1422 West Buttermilk
Road. �
4. This application was reviewed by the joint Aspen/Pitkin County Metro Area Growth r;'�
Management Scoring Commission on Mazch 5,1996,at which time the Commission �'.
unanimously recommended granting of one residetttial GMQS allotment for this project.

" 5. The County Planning and Zoning Commission also reviewed this application for rezoning
and subdivision at their regufarly scheduled meeting on Mazch 5,1996,and recommended
approval of this application subject ta conditions.
6. Tha Board of County Commissioners heard this application at theiz regulazly scheduled
public heariag on September 1 I,i 996,at which time evidence and testimony was presented

7. The Board finds that this application for rezoning is consisYent with the sunounding
neighborhood and the Aspen Area Community Plan. e
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Pitkin County Board of County Commissioners
that it Grants Rezoning from AFR-]0 to AFR-2 approval to the applicant subject to the following
conditions;
l. All material representations made by the applicants in the application and public meeting ��
shall be adhered to and considered conditions of approval,unless amended by other � .

2. The Rezoning from AFR-10 to AFR-2 and the award of the Residential Growth !i`
