The boundary line between the election precincts Nos 15 and 16 is hereby estcblished as lying upon the rigge between East. :nd :est Sopris Creek, a point two miles above the junction of said Creeks' and across the valley of the = , oaring fork Liver upon the line b.twcen sections 21 and 22 in Township 8 S.
