Sardy, Chairman; Commissioners C. 0. Quern and Crest A. , Gerbaz; C. H. Darrow, County Attorney; Wm C. Stapleton,Acting Clerk. I The minutes of the meeting held January 18, 1950 were read and approved. The Semi- Annual Report of the County Clerk to the State Auditor was approved and Signed. i. The Monthly Reports of the Clerk of the County Court, Clerk of the District Court and County Clerk were approved and signed. The Report of the Service was examined, approved and signed. The amount of $8,151.70 having been received from the State of Colorado for Forest Apportig ment to Pitkin County, on motion made, seconded and carried, the County Treasurer was author ized to apportion said sum as follows: 80% or 1 6,521.36 to Special School Fund 20% or 1,630.34 to State Special Road Fund The County Commissioners selected 100 names of Tax Payers to serve as Jurors at the Spring • term of Court from the list rendered by the County Treasurer. N The Bid of $749.00 of Steck & Pretti being the lowest Bid submitted for redecoration of the District Court Room in the Court House was accepted. The Bid of $430.00 of E. H. Bone being the lowest Bid submitted for re- decoration of the County Assessors Office in the Court House was accepted. i The following names were selected by the Commissioners to serve on the Pitkin County ■ Agricultural Planning Committee to assist in the Re- Appraisal of Rural lands.
