The Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado /at 2:00 P.M. March 20, 1950
f or the purpose of Approving Bonds of County Treasurer and Hospital Superintendent.
There were present the following members: T. J. Sardy, Chairman; C. 0. Quam, Commissioner
. M. Neihardt, Clerk.
, The Bond given by Phillip J. Crosby as Principal and Saint Paul- Mercury Indemnity Co. a
eurety in the amovint of $35,000.00 for the office of County Treasurer was approved as to
corm and sufficiency, The same cy. T sa to become effective April 1, 1950 at which time the duly elec
l ed County Treasurer K. S. Watt having tendered his resignation � .y g d s esi and said resignation having
T een accepted.will turn over said office to said Phillip J. Crosby.
The Bond given by Phillip J. Crosby as Principal and Saint Paul - Mercury Indemnity Co. as
.urety in the amount of $5,000.00 for the office of Public Trustee was approved as to form
l and sufficiency. The same to become effective April 1, 1950 at which time the duly elected
�`ublic Trustee,Kenneth S. Watt having tendered his resignation and said resignation having
seen accepted will turn over said office to the said Phillip J. Crosby.

I The Bopd of Ha A. Anderson as Principal and Western Surety Company as Surety in the
• :mount of $2,000.00 as Superintendent of Pitkin County Public Hospital was approved as to
corm and sufficiency.
No further business appearing the Board adjourned to meet April 3, 1950 at 10:Q0 A.M.
