The Board of CountyLkmmissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado, met at 10t00 A. M., December
4, 1950 with the following members present: T. J. Sardy, Chairman; Commissioners Orest A.
Gerbaz and C. 0. Quam; C. H. Darrow, County Attornery; Wm C. Stapleton, Acting Clerk. .
The minutes of the meetings held November 7, and November 17, 1950 were read and approved.
The Reports of the County Clerk, Clerk of the District Court and County Court were examine ,
approved and signed. 1
The Report of the Service' Officer was examined, approved and signed.
The Bond of Mr. Phillip J. Crosby and Western Surety Co. to the People of the State of
Colorado in the amount of $35,000.00 as County Treasurer was approved and signed. i
The Bond of Mr. Phillip J. Crosby and Western Surety Co. to the People of the State of
Colorado in the amount of $5,000.00 as Public Trustee was approved and signed. .
The Bond of Thomas F. Beck and ' sestern Surety Co. to the People of the state of Colorado
in the amount of $1,000.00 as Deputy County Treasurer was approved and signed.
The Application of Robert H. Collins and John V. Spachner DBA as Four Seasons Club for
:eer,Wine & Spirituous Liquor License was approved and signed. Above application was an app-
lication for renewal license.
Bills were audited and ordered paid from the various funds as follows: .
