overreporting of taxable wages for the taxable yeara ended December 31, 1977

as documentation, file amended tax returns and act to ensure prompt recovery. �.

The employer agrees that Management Resource Contro2s�wi11 receive fifty
�lF�; percent (507.) of the employer's portioa of all refunds and/or credits re-
��°.; ceived as a resul[ of its efforts. A nomiaal re[ainer will be provided by
� �r,: the enployer when hianagement Resource Controla' services begin. The amouat ,
of theretainzr will be subtracted from Management Resource Controls' charges. ' �

Management Resource Controls will also provide personal in-house assistance to
- � your systems/programming personnel to help them update your presen[ payroll ptogram
to correct what otherwise would be ongoing Social Security :.ax discrepancies.
The foregoing constitutes the full agreement between us and may not be changed ��
orally but only by written consent of both parties.
