COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
GRANTING SPECIAL REVIEW APPROVAL FOR THE
SEPARATE DEVELOPMENT OF LOTS R-43, R-44 AND R-45
STARWOOD FIVE SUPDIVISIOW

' WHEREAS, Mary Webster is the record owner of Lots R-43, R-44 and
P-45 of the Starwood Five Subdivision, and
• WHEREAS, the owner has requested permission to separately develop
Lots R-43, R-44 arts P-45 of the Starwood Five Subdivision pursuant to the
provisions of 7.22 of Pitkin County Land Use Code permitting the separate
development of substandard contiguous lots uncles single ownership upon
special review approval, and
WHEREAS, this application was reviewed by the Planning and Zoning
Commissirn at their regular meeting on October 18, 19741 at which time
they recommended approval of this specs.l review request with the
c„rdition that access 0 R-A5 will be through R-54, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Coun:;r Commissioners of Pitkin County, rol3rado,,
has reviewed the recomwendatiol of the t.omwrission and tit evidence and
testimony concerning the review criteria of Section 7.22 of the Land Use
Code with respect to the application,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County, Colorado, that it does hereby grant special review approval
for the separate development of Lots R-A3, R-44 and R-45 of the Starwood
Five Subdivision, subject to the requirement that no building permit shall
issue for R-43 without prior approval of the access to said Lot by the
County Engin:er.
Approved by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,
Colorado, at its regular meeting held December 11, 1978.
