Section III. Shali be amended to include 5% retainage for the entire sum of the contract.
Reason for Chan�e:__Contractor was paving and patching on Willoughby Way and Magnifica Drive
intersects with it and the length is .2l miles. Work to be paid fc�r by saving of Castle Creek. This addition
was approved by the BOCC.
The retainage language contained errors.
