WCCPI LLC, WCCP2 LLC and COMPASS for Lifelong Learning("Applicant")have applied to the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County,Colorado("BOCC")to rezone 9.8 acres from AUB to RS-20,which land will be removed from the School Parcel and added to Parcel 1; and to rezone 0.10 acres from RS-20 to PUB,which land will be removed from Parcel 2 and added to the School Parcel. 2. The property is located on Woody Creek Road,and is more specifically described as Parcels I and 2 and the Compass School Parcel,as shown on the Compass Subdivision Exemption Plat recorded in Plat Book 80 at Pages 88-89. 3. The Pitkin County Pianning and Zoning Commission considered the proposed rezoning at a regularly scheduled meeting on August 14,2012,and recommended approval by a vote of 5-0. 4. The BOCC considered the proposed rezoning at a duly noticed public hearing on first reading on September 26,2012,and on second reading on November 14, 2012. 5. The BOCC finds that the proposed rezoning is consistent with the applicable provisions of the Pitkin County Land Use Code. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the BOCC that it hereby rezones 9.8 acres of the COMPASS parcel from Public(PUB)to RS-20 and 0.10 acres of Parcel2 from RS-20 to PUB,as shown in Exhibit A and described in Exhibit B.
