RE: Pitkin County, Panic Alarm System Contract Renewal
Renewal of Contract# 142.2011 B
Pitkin County has elected to renew contract Number 142.2011 with Vision Security LLC,
for an additional 1-year. Per the terms of the contract it states that"At the expiration of
the initial term, the contract may be extended for an additional term of 1-year for
monitoring services by the express written consent of both parties."
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Vision Security LLC,please sign this letter
in the space provided and return along with a current copy of your certificate of
insurance, naming Pitkin County has additionally insured on the Certificate.
Pitkin County hereby authorized the renewal of contract Number 142.2011 with
Vision Security LLC, for a period of 1 year from contract expiration date; new expiration
date is now 11/O1/13.
All rates will remain the same far the year 2012/2013.
Any changes in rates thereafter will be by an addendum.
